work flow engine offers specified turnaround times, automated distribution
of reports via web portal or fax and online viewing of reports / annotated
images.
Turnaround times are pre-selected with options including
STAT (less than 1 hour), 2, 6, 24 and 48 hours. A secure web based
electronic alert system allows quick access to specific patients with
critical and non-critical significant positive findings. All critical
findings are communicated to referring physicians by telephone from the
radiologist.
